PEX-A Pipe Production Line
1.The PEX-A floor heating pipe production equipment adopts a crankshaft connecting rod mechanism and double-pipe extrusion, featuring low noise and no vibration. No lubrication is required during operation.
2. The PEX-A pipe machine is equipped with an imported well-known brand reducer, motor feeding system, and frequency converter, ensuring stable operation and high feeding precision.
3. The specially designed stamping device guarantees reliable operation for a long time.
4. The equipment is equipped with an imported length measuring device with an acousto-optic alarm, enabling high-precision measurement and easy operation.
5. The traction machine adopts an imported frequency converter and imported brand motor to provide precise and stable traction.
Over-lap Welding PEX-AL-PEX Plastic Pipe Extrusion Line
1.By adopting precision forming technique of aluminum tube, ultrasonic welded aluminum tube will have precise size and nice roundness.
2.By adopting the process of co-extrusion in steps for inner and external tubes, binding strength between tubes is increased, heat accumulation between tubes are avoided, hence, ensure a more smooth surface of both inner and external tubes.
3.PLC control system is adopted by this production line, it has friendly human-computer dialogue interface, easy to operate and with interlock function.
4.This production line is used to manufacture aluminum plastic tubes and aluminum tubes. Laminated tubes will be formed in one step by ultrasonic welding and Co-extrusion process. Such aluminum and plastic laminated tubes are widely applied for cold and hot city water pipes and running pipes of acid, alkali, salt, other kinds of liquids, fuel gas, oxygen and compressed air etc.
Waste Plastic Molded Parts Extrusion Production Line
1.Complete solution for waste plastic molded parts-pallets,grilles,manhole covers,bricks.
2.The equipment model is selectable:single screw extruder or double screw extruder.
PVC Pipe Extrusion Line
1. Specially designed screw structure, extruding materials evenly, firmly, and aesthetically pleasing products.
2. The extruder adopts a cast aluminum energy-saving heater, with high temperature control accuracy and energy saving.
3. The extrusion power system adopts a variable frequency motor to ensure the stable, energy-saving, and low-noise operation of the unit.
Plastic Squeeze Dryer

It can reduce the moisture content of washed plastic film from over 30% to 1-3%, significantly cutting down the energy consumption of subsequent drying processes and boosting the production efficiency of extruders.
